MAX 3 characters per artwork
WILL DRAW: fanarts, OCs, small wounds, simple/flat color/no background
WILL NOT DRAW: furry/anthro, animals, mecha*, detailed background* kemonomimi, simple animals or mecha are fine if they do not require too many details, please DM me if you're unsure!

Terms and Conditions

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.PAYMENT
Payment upfront through Paypal or Ko-fi.
I will send a message/email to the commissioner when I accept the commission,
and an invoice (for Paypal payments).PROGRESS
I will send progress updates and they must be kept private until the finished artwork is sent.
The commissioner can request for slight edits if there is something they do not like,
but I will not make great changes that will force me to redraw the whole artwork,
such as changing the pose/composition, the whole outfit, or the character(s).No deadline. Depending on the situation (health, work, complexity, etc)
it may take from a few days to a few weeks.USAGE POLICY
The artwork is meant for personal use (e.g. wallpaper, profile icon, header, etc).
The artwork cannot be used to promote a business, be it profit or non-profit.
The artwork cannot be used to (directly or indirectly) earn money
(e.g. monetized videos, videogames, NFT, etc).
The commissioner can print the artwork for personal use only.COPYRIGHT
I hold all the rights to the artwork.The commissioner will receive two files:
- one with signature and no watermark for personal use;
- one with signature and watermark for sharing purposes on any platform respecting the Usage Policy.The commissioner cannot:
- take credit for the creation of the artwork;
- remove the signature and/or the watermark;
- edit the artwork without my permission;
- use the artwork for AI training.PRIVACY
The commissioner's email address will not be stored or shared in any way,
and will solely be used for payment and to send the final artwork.
The commissioner's username will be used if I decide to share the artwork on a social platform.TERMINATION
No refunds/chargebacks will be allowed after I have sent the finished artwork.If the commissioner chooses to terminate the service before the artwork is complete,
I will keep 50-80% of the money depending on the stage the artwork is in.
The commissioner will not be receiving a high resolution file of the unfinished artwork,
nor can they share, reproduce, edit any image sent as progress updates.
